This automatic rising hydraulic VBIED Bollard 600x220mm is suitable for intense temperatures and weather conditions, as hydraulic movement is the most reliable technology.

The built–in hydraulic pump in the bollard have many advantages, particularly in installations on locations with severe winter temperatures or when the installation requires a considerable distance (up to 80 meters) between the Bollard and the control unit.

The hydraulic VBIED Bollard 600x220mm is heavy duty and protects against vehicle-borne improvised explosive devices (VBIED) such as a car bomb, truck bomb or any other vehicle loaded with explosives and detonated.

Using the hydraulic VBIED bollards is useful as hostile vehicle mitigation measures as they can be easily raised or lowered according to need. It makes it easy to restrict or allow access, and to create a barrier between crowds and traffic. This helps prevent vehicle-borne attacks and can create stand-off in case of a VBIED attack.
